Free online modules to increase cancer screening
Talking to community about cervical and breast cancerCancer Council Victoria, in partnership with BreastScreen Victoria and the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO), have launched an educational resource for Aboriginal Health Workers, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and other health professionals working in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health.
The free online training modules include key messages on breast and cervical cancer screening to increase knowledge and build confidence for Aboriginal Health Workers, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and other health professionals who are discussing cancer screening and early detection advice to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities.
